WSB Invests ₹75 Cr in Omaxe, Enters Tier II Markets

WSB Partners, a real estate investment firm, has invested ₹75 crore in Omaxe Group for residential plotted projects in Ujjain and Indore. The capital will be used for growth, working capital, and reserves. This investment marks WSB's entry into Tier II markets, driven by rising incomes, infrastructure development, and demand for branded developments. WSB Partners has committed approximately ₹4,000 crore across 75+ real estate investments since 2013. Omaxe has delivered approximately 140.17 million sq. ft. of real estate across 31 cities in 8 states.
