Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 7, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons will remain closed from January 1, 2026, to February 14, 2026, i.e., 48 hours after the approval of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results.
