Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltd to Close Trading Window after Declaration of Audited Financial Results for Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2026

Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
