Omkar Speciality Chemicals: Q1, Q2, Q3 FY25 Results Approved

The Monitoring Committee of Omkar Speciality Chemicals Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), approved the unaudited financial statements for the quarters ended June 30, 2025, September 30, 2025, and December 31, 2025. The committee also approved the constitution of the Audit Committee and the Stakeholder's Relationship Committee. Additionally, Mr. Ruhini Kumar Chakraborty was appointed as an Independent Director, and Mr. Dipak Kumar Shaw was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
