Omnipotent Industries Ltd has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting to July 17, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Draft Audit Report. This follows an earlier postponement due to director unavailability. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these results, in line with SEBI's insider trading regulations.
