Omnitech Engineering Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' and 'Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information'. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately.
