Omnitex Appoints Vora & Associates as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Omnitex Industries India Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Vora & Associates as its new statutory auditors. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The appointment is for a term of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 45th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. This change follows the completion of the tenure of the existing auditors, M/s JMT & Associates. The company also scheduled its 40th AGM for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
