Omnitex Board Approves AGM, Book Closure, and Auditor Appointment

Omnitex Industries India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 4, 2026, approved the Directors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also declared book closure from September 24 to September 30, 2026, for the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. The remote e-voting period will be from September 27 to September 29, 2026. Additionally, M/s. Vora & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
