One 97 Communications Grants 1,93,072 Stock Options

One 97 Communications Ltd announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 1,93,072 stock options to eligible employees under the One 97 Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019. The exercise price for these options is ₹9 per stock option. Additionally, the company allotted 2,69,796 equity shares upon the exercise of vested options. The company also noted that 6,84,121 stock options have lapsed and 1,170 have been cancelled. This allotment increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to 64,23,77,497 equity shares.
