One 97 Communications Re-appoints Ashit Lilani as Director

One 97 Communications Ltd (Paytm) has re-appointed Mr. Ashit Ranjit Lilani as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of 5 years, commencing from July 5, 2026, up to July 4, 2031. This re-appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The Board of Directors also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
