Resilient Asset Management B.V. has disclosed the sale of 19,210,110 equity shares in One 97 Communications Ltd, resulting in a change of over 2% in shareholding. The transaction was conducted via the open market. Following the sale, Resilient Asset Management B.V.'s direct shareholding has reduced to 46,124,991 shares, representing approximately 7.2% of the total equity. Vijay Shekhar Sharma and his immediate relative, Mrs. Mridula Sharma, also hold shares in the company. The total diluted share capital of One 97 Communications Ltd after the sale is approximately 652,821,825 shares.
