SAIF Partners India IV Sells 3.67% Stake in One 97 Communications

SAIF Partners India IV Ltd has disclosed the sale of 23,498,583 shares, representing 3.67% of the total share capital, in One 97 Communications Limited (Paytm). The transaction was executed via the open market. Following this disposal, SAIF Partners India IV Ltd's direct holding in One 97 Communications has reduced to 19,103,740 shares, accounting for 2.98% of the total share capital. The disclosure also details the holdings of associated entities like SAIF III Mauritius Company Limited and Elevation Capital V Limited, both before and after the sale, indicating a broader reduction in the collective stake held by these entities. The total share capital of One 97 Communications remains unchanged at Rs. 641,133,110 comprising 641,133,110 equity shares.
