One Global Service Provider Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Results, CMD Re-appointment

Additionally, the Board approved the payment of remuneration to Mr. Sanjay Upadhyay, Chairman & Managing Director, effective November 15, 2026, and his re-appointment as CMD for a period of 5 years effective April 22, 2027, subject to member approval. The appointment of Mr. Padmakar Pandit as an Additional Independent Director for a 5-year term effective November 4, 2027, was also approved, subject to member approval.
