One Mobikwik Systems to Invest ₹ 9 Crore Ninety-Nine Lakhs in Wholly Owned Subsidiary MobiKwik Financial Services

One Mobikwik Systems Limited has decided to invest in its wholly owned subsidiary, MobiKwik Financial Services Private Limited, up to an amount of ₹ 9 Crore Ninety-Nine Lakhs. The investment will be made in one or more tranches by way of subscription of its shares. The main objects of MobiKwik Financial Services is to carry on the business of NBFC's, hire purchase company, finance company, to undertake all types of leasing and hire purchase business relating to all kinds of machinery, plant, equipment, ships, vehicles, aircraft, rolling stock, factories, movable and immovable property. The company intends to hold 100% stake in the entity.
