Oneindig Technologies Signs MOU for 4.8 MW Solar Project

Oneindig Technologies Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Amritdev Renewable Energy Private Limited for the development, generation, and supply of electricity from a 4.8 MW solar project. The project will be established by Amritdev Renewable Energy at Fatehpur district and the generated electricity will be fed to the Gazipur substation. Oneindig Technologies will lead marketing efforts and collaborate on business development. The MOU outlines terms for land finalization, regulatory approvals, and a payment of Rs 13,00,000 per MW. This collaboration aims to leverage Amritdev's goodwill in the solar industry and Oneindig's established sales network to target domestic markets.
