Onelife Capital Appoints Pandoo Naig as CEO, w.e.f. 01.06.2026

Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd has appointed Pandoo Naig as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, M/s. G.S. Toshniwal & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board approved a postal ballot notice, appointed M/s. Mukesh Siroya and Co as Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process, and fixed June 5, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote. A final dividend of 0.1% (Re. 01 Paisa per equity share) was recommended for FY26.
