Onelife Capital Corrigendum: Dividend Reduced to 0.10%

Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its 19th Annual Report for FY 2025-26, correcting an inadvertent error in the final dividend disclosure. The final dividend has been reduced from 1% (₹0.10 per equity share) to 0.10% (₹0.01 per equity share). This correction impacts disclosures in the Notice of the AGM, Dividend Related Information, and the Board Report. The total recommended dividend amount has also been revised downwards from ₹37,36,000 to ₹3,73,600. The payment of the dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
