Shibhu Maurya Acquires 65,00,000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis in Onesource Industries and Ventures Ltd

Shibhu Maurya has acquired 65,00,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis in Onesource Industries and Ventures Ltd (formerly known as Onesource Ideas Venture Limited). This acquisition represents 16.88% of the total share/voting capital of the company. The total equity share capital of the company before and after the acquisition is 3,07,50,000 divided into 3,07,50,000 Equity Shares of Re. 01/- each. After the acquisition, the total equity share capital of the company becomes 3,85,00,000 divided into 3,85,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 01/- each. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company after the acquisition is also 3,85,00,000.
