Vibhu Maurya has acquired shares in Onesource Industries And Ventures Ltd (formerly known as Onesource Ideas Venture Limited) through the allotment of fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis. The acquisition took place on 18th February, 2026. The total shares acquired by Mr. Maurya amount to 3,07,50,000, which is 5.83% of the total diluted share capital of the company. This acquisition moves Mr. Maurya from a 28.98% shareholder to a 23.14% shareholder in the company.
