Onesource Industries and Ventures Ltd. to Take Intercorporate Loan of up to Rs. 5 Crores from ARIX CAPITAL LIMITED

Onesource Industries and Ventures Limited, formerly known as Onesource Ideas Venture Limited, announced the outcome of its Board of Directors' meeting held on 1st July 2025. The Board approved the proposal to take an intercorporate loan from ARIX CAPITAL LIMITED, based at Rajkot, Gujarat, up to Rs. 5 crores for business purposes. The loan agreement and related documents are to be finalized and executed by Mr. Sachin Maurya, Director of the Company. The meeting commenced at 03.00 PM and concluded at 04:00 PM.
