Onesource Industries: MD & Chairman Resigns, New MD Appointed

Onesource Industries And Ventures Ltd announced significant changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Directorate. Mr. Shibhu Maurya has resigned from his positions as Managing Director, Director, and Chairman, effective August 29, 2026, citing personal reasons and other preoccupations. The company has placed on record its appreciation for his services. Concurrently, Ms. Simran Mishra has been appointed as an Additional Executive Director and will also serve as the new Managing Director and KMP for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors has also been reconstituted following these changes.
