Onesource Pharma Appoints BSR & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors

Onesource Specialty Pharma Ltd has appointed BSR & Co. LLP as the statutory auditors of the company for a term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 19th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 24th AGM. This appointment is in place of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, whose term is ending. The decision was made during a board meeting held on May 13, 2026, where the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
