Ontic Finserve Ltd to Approve Q4 2025 Unaudited Financial Results on Feb 5, 2026

Ontic Finserve Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will also address any other matter with the Chair's permission. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from January 1, 2025, till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
