A key item of special business is the proposed reduction and consolidation of the company's share capital. This involves reducing the equity share capital from ₹9,00,03,000 to ₹90,00,300 by cancelling 8,10,02,700 equity shares, with the amount utilized to set off accumulated losses. Subsequently, the remaining capital will be consolidated into 9,00,030 equity shares of ₹10 each.
