Optiemus Infracom Enhances Corporate Guarantee to ₹60 Cr

Optiemus Infracom Ltd has announced an enhancement of its corporate guarantee to CSB Bank Limited on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Electronics Limited (OEL). The guarantee amount has been increased from ₹35.50 Crores to ₹60 Crores. This enhancement is to secure credit facilities availed or to be availed by OEL. The company stated that the promoter/promoter group does not have an interest in this transaction and it will be conducted on an arm's length basis. The enhanced guarantee will be treated as a contingent liability for Optiemus Infracom.
