Optiemus Infracom Enhances Subsidiary Guarantee to ₹100 Cr

Optiemus Infracom Ltd announced that its Operations and Administration Committee has approved enhancing the Corporate Guarantee provided to Indusind Bank Limited for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Electronics Limited. The guarantee amount has been increased from ₹50.07 Crores to ₹100 Crores. This enhancement is to secure credit facilities availed or to be availed by Optiemus Electronics Limited. The company stated that the promoter/promoter group does not have an interest in this transaction and it will be conducted on an arm's length basis. The increased guarantee will be treated as a contingent liability for Optiemus Infracom Ltd.
