Optiemus Infracom to Incorporate Joint Venture Company 'The Factory Private Limited' for Manufacturing Electronic Products

Optiemus Infracom Ltd. has announced its plan to incorporate a joint venture company named 'The Factory Private Limited' (TFPL) for manufacturing electronic products. The Operations & Administration Committee of the Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of TFPL, which will be a subsidiary of Optiemus Infracom Ltd. The proposed initial paid-up capital of TFPL is Rs. 1,00,000, with the Company subscribing to 65% equity shares of TFPL at a face value of Rs. 10/- each. Post incorporation, TFPL will carry out the business of manufacturing electronic products including but not limited to business consumer electronics, industrial electronics, communication devices, embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT) products, and other smart electronic solutions.
