Optimus Finance Appoints New Director, Reappoints Independent Director, Auditors

Optimus Finance Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 26, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Kheradia as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and the re-appointment of Ms. Divya Zalani as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term. Additionally, M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. have been appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a five-year term. The Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee have also been reconstituted.
