Optimus Finance Ltd. Changes Registrar and Transfer Agent, Announces Q3 Results for 2025

Optimus Finance Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on Thursday, 12th February 2026. The company approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of Bigshare Services Private Limited as the new Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA), replacing M/s. MUFG Intime India Private Limited due to more competitive pricing. The effective date of the transition will be communicated upon receipt of the No Objection Certificate from the existing RTA and execution of the tripartite agreement.
