The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, and the re-appointment of Mr. Mandeep Singh as a director retiring by rotation. Special business includes the re-appointment of Mr. Aditya Vikram Kanoria as Managing Director for three years from November 3, 2026, and the re-appointment of Ms. Shubhangi Agarwal as an Independent Director.
