Credent Global Finance Ltd has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 1, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for key resolutions. The primary agenda includes changing the company's name from "Credent Global Finance Limited" to "AMPL Capital Limited" and making consequential alterations to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
