Orchid Pharma Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Limited Reviewed Financial Results for the first quarter of the Financial Year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. The meeting will also review Restated Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with related statements and revised auditors' reports, due to a Scheme of Amalgamation. The trading window for company securities remains closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Q1 FY27 results.
