Orchid Pharma Receives NCLT Order for Dhanuka Labs Merger

Orchid Pharma Limited has received a copy of the order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Dhanuka Laboratories Limited and Orchid Pharma Limited. The order was pronounced on June 5, 2026, and made available on the NCLT website on June 11, 2026. The Appointed Date for the scheme is April 1, 2024. The merger will be effective upon completion of the steps outlined in the scheme, and Orchid Pharma will update the exchanges once it becomes effective.
