Organic Coatings Board Approves Auditor Appointments, Director Additions

Organic Coatings Limited's Board of Directors met on July 14, 2026, approving key appointments and changes. Mr. Kamal Lalani was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for FY26-27. M/s Dharmesh A. Shah and Associates were removed as Internal Auditors, and M/s ABSM & Associates were appointed as the new Internal Auditors for FY26-27. The board also appointed Mr. Ramanathan Ganesh and Mr. Subhash Ambubhai Patel as Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective July 14, 2026. The conclusion of Mr. Ashwinkumar Harshadrai Raval's term as Non-Executive Independent Director was also noted.
