Organic Coatings FY26 Net Loss ₹325.88 Lakhs, No Dividend Recommended

Organic Coatings Ltd has declared its audited financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a net loss of ₹325.88 lakhs for the year, a significant increase from the previous year's loss of ₹210.23 lakhs. Consequently, the Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend. Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹2,809.33 lakhs, down from ₹2,895.79 lakhs in FY25. Total expenses increased to ₹3,145.76 lakhs from ₹3,110.68 lakhs. The company also noted the resignation of its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and deferred the appointment of two Independent Directors.
