Organic Coatings Ltd: AGM Approves Director Appointments & Capital Increase

Organic Coatings Ltd held its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026, via video conference. Key resolutions passed include the adoption of audited standalone financial statements for FY26, the appointment of Mr. Ganesh Ramanathan and Mr. Subhash Ambubhai Patel as Independent Directors, and an increase in the company's authorized share capital.
