Organic Coatings Ltd Board Approves Auditor Appointments and Director

Organic Coatings Limited announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on July 14, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Kamal Lalani as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s. Dharmesh A. Shah and Associates were removed as Internal Auditors, and M/s. ABSM & Associates were appointed as the new Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The board also appointed Mr. Ramanathan Ganesh and Mr. Subhash Ambubhai Patel as Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective July 14, 2026. The conclusion of Mr. Ashwinkumar Harshadrai Raval's term as Non-Executive Independent Director was also noted.
