Organic Recycling Allots 10 Lakh Shares to Promoter Bhand

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd announced the allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares to its promoter, Mr. Sarang Bhand, on a preferential basis. The allotment was approved by the Preferential Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors. The issue price was ₹161 per share, aggregating to ₹16,10,00,000 (₹16.10 Crore). This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹15,59,89,050 to ₹16,59,89,050. The shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
