Organic Recycling Systems Allots 7.4 Lakh Equity Shares

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd has allotted 7,40,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, upon conversion of an equal number of warrants, to 8 warrant holders. This follows the allotment of 27,00,000 warrants on a preferential basis on December 26, 2024. The allotment was made upon receipt of ₹15,15,15,000 at ₹204.75 per warrant, representing 75% of the warrant issue price. Post-allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to ₹10,39,92,750 consisting of 1,03,99,275 equity shares of ₹10 each.
