Organic Recycling Systems Ltd Acquires Industrial Associates for INR 14.83 Crores

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd (ORSL) has approved the acquisition of Industrial Associates, a Partnership Firm. The acquisition will provide ORSL with a ready go-to-market channel for its proprietary biogas catalyst, enabling swift monetization and sector adoption. Industrial Associates, through its network, will support ORSL by supplying green chemicals that enhance CBG production through cleaner digestion and eco-friendly purification. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days, with ORSL holding a 99.99% stake in Industrial Associates. Industrial Associates is an established chemical trading firm founded in 1981, with a strong customer base in Maharashtra and Gujarat. The firm is headquartered in Mumbai and is actively managed by three partners who collectively hold 100% ownership.
