Organic Recycling Systems Ltd (ORSL), a public-listed company founded in 2008, reported a robust financial performance for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2024. The company saw a 20% growth in revenue and an impressive 186% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) compared to the same period last year. The PAT margin stood at 28.26%, with a Basic EPS of 12.01 and Diluted EPS of 7.47. The company also reported a 10% year-on-year growth in revenue and a 53% rise in EPS. The company's Product Division commercialised the Sanjeevak carbonisation systems and launched GAC-01, entering the activated carbon market. The Consulting Division began commercial operations with orders for feasibility reports for PSUs and project developers. The company also signed MOUs with various research institutes and universities for technology development and scaling.
