Organic Recycling Systems Subsidiary Secures ₹167.3 Cr BPCL Contracts

Organic Recycling Systems Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Solapur Bioenergy Systems Private Limited (SBESPL), has secured two Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation and Maintenance (EPCOM) contracts from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). These contracts are for setting up Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plants at Mysore, Karnataka, and Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The total value of these contracts is ₹167.30 crore. The Mysore project is valued at ₹85.56 crore and the Raipur project at ₹81.73 crore. Both projects involve setting up organic municipal solid waste-based CBG plants and include a 15-month execution period followed by 5 years of operation and maintenance. This development is expected to add approximately 9.8 tonnes per day of CBG capacity.
