Oricon Enterprises Re-appoints Independent Director for 5 Years

Oricon Enterprises Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Shravan Kumar Malani as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective November 12, 2026, through November 11, 2031. This decision was made by the Board of Directors, subject to shareholder approval, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Malani holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College and is not related to any other directors. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
