Orient Bell Ltd has announced that its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 11, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company has set July 24, 2026, as the record date (cut-off date) for determining shareholders' eligibility for the AGM and for receiving the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Members holding shares as of this cut-off date will be eligible for remote e-voting, which will be open from August 8 to August 10, 2026. Voting facilities will also be available during the AGM.
