Orient Ceratech Ltd. to Invest in Arkati Solar LLP for Solar Power Plant

Orient Ceratech Ltd. has approved an investment of up to 26% in a new Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named 'Arkati Solar LLP'. The LLP will be established for the establishment of a Solar Power Plant under the Solar PPE Group Captive Model. This investment is expected to provide a sustainable energy solution at a competitive rate, reducing dependence on conventional energy sources and significantly reducing energy expenditures over time. The LLP will be a related party of the Company once incorporated.
