Orient Paper Reconstitutes Board Committees, Appoints New Director

Orient Paper & Industries Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Board Committees, effective August 8, 2026. Ms. Anuradha Mookerjee has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director and inducted as a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Concurrently, Mrs. Gauri Rasgotra will cease to be an Independent Director and a member of these committees on August 21, 2026, upon completion of her second consecutive term. The company has provided the updated composition of these reconstituted committees.
