Orient Press approves FY26 results, reappoints auditors, relocates factory

Orient Press Limited's Board of Directors approved the annual audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported Revenue from Operations (Net) of ₹12,813.94 Lakhs and a Profit/(Loss) before tax of ₹(374.35) Lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the board re-appointed M/s. Shambhu Gupta & Co. as the Internal Auditors for FY 2026-2027. A strategic decision was also made to partially relocate the company's factory operations from Tarapur, Maharashtra, to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, effective June 2026. This move aims to enhance operational efficiency, achieve economies of scale through consolidation, and improve the overall performance of the flexible packaging division.
