Orient Press Ltd has issued a notice for its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In compliance with SEBI regulations and the Companies Act, 2013, shareholders will have the facility to cast their votes electronically on all resolutions. The agenda includes the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Rajaram Maheshwari as a Director retiring by rotation, ratification of Cost Auditor's remuneration for FY 2026-27, and the re-appointment of Mr. Ramvilas Maheshwari as Managing Director for a three-year term starting October 1, 2026.
