Orient Press Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders and designated persons from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in compliance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated separately.
