Orient Technologies Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Orient Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed effective from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
